Security incidents like the Yahoo and Equifax breaches illustrate the fact that we no longer live in a world where public and private enterprises can afford to ignore their cyber-security. Most companies undergo intrusion attempts by hackers, and many are eventually breached, leaking the confidential information of their employees and customers.
Zanarkand offers a solution. We provide full-spectrum cyber-security services to small and mid-sized businesses. We believe you deserve peace of mind, and we will work with you to make that happen.
Am I Secure?
People often think that their built-in anti-virus, anti-malware, or network firewall protections are all they need to defend against the dangers of the wider world. These are only one small line of defense, and they are only as secure as the applications or habits of the people using them.
A user might not know that the hardware and applications they use are out of date and have bugs and gaps in their security. They might not know that an email that appears to be from a trusted friend has been falsified and carries viruses or malware.
Once a device has been compromised, all the information it stores – from financial and personal documents to credentials for cloud-based services – is in the hands of the attacker.
Some Questions to Consider
- Do you rely on cloud-based services? Are the devices you use to access them protected?
- Do you host servers, or store sensitive information on site?
- Do you have wireless networks? Are you certain that no one can access them from locations nearby?
- Will your employees recognize when someone is trying to gain unauthorized access to your systems?
Meet Our President
Broddie began his journey into Information Technology in middle school, inspired by his grandfather who was a contract computer programmer for the US Army. He went on to acquire his bachelor’s degree in IT and then spent nearly a decade in VoIP and Network Management for small to mid-sized companies. During this time, he was troubled by the lack of security present in his customers’ networks. Driven to pursue his interest in Pentesting, he acquired his OSCP and OSWP certifications and started Zanarkand with a desire to bring security to the small and mid-sized business markets.
